In an ever-changing time, a shift to a more sustainable, transparent, and impactful investment scenario is urgently demanded by all involved stakeholders. Such demand is translated into environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) criteria that need to be implemented into every entity that ultimately makes day-to-day business decisions.

As ESG standards and criteria make their way into this evolving world, they have been initially perceived as tasks to be completed, as merely checking boxes. However, we believe that implementing ESG into businesses’ day-to-day decisions, way of thinking, and strategy building is really what the focus of ESG is all about. ESG standards need to become a new mindset of creating value in order to really make a change in environments and society, while transparently measuring and reporting the results.

International Association for Sustainable Economy (“IASE”) is a certification and standard-setting body for all ESG professionals worldwide. Evolve Management Company is proud of being the first company worldwide to have certified all its members in the International Sustainable Finance Level I (ISF I).

As IASE Alumni and involved members of the community, we promote the small actions that generate great impact, as the efforts made by IASE México into creating events, webinars, and improvement of their courses and certifications. IASE México will host the event “IASE Forum: Palpable Reality of ESG Criteria in Mexico” on February 17th in Mexico City, an event Evolve will participate in, not only as IASE alumni but also as a sponsor, since we believe in the potential of IASE initiative in Mexico and worldwide.

The hybrid event will gather world-renowned specialists who will address the urgency, advantages, and options of adopting these criteria in any business model, as well as its benefits in terms of competitiveness, and in addition, they will dismantle myths around this trend. The meeting will also focus on the field of training professionals who are starting their working life or who are consolidated, in order to obtain the necessary knowledge on these issues and thus apply them to their life and business.
